We were entrusted with the electrical work for The Shay project, apartment homes located in Nashville, Tennessee. This impressive multi-story building features 276 units and spans 283,000 square feet. Our scope of work covered both the interior and exterior of the building, ensuring that all electrical systems were expertly installed for optimal functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. From unit wiring and lighting to exterior power distribution and common area systems, our team provided reliable, high-performance electrical solutions tailored to the project's needs. This project was completed with the help of Construction Enterprises, Inc., who oversaw the construction and renovation efforts.
