RISE at Oxford (Ivy & Elm)

RISE at Oxford, now branded as Ivy & Elm, is a premier off-campus student housing community serving the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. Developed by RISE: A Real Estate Company and GTIS Partners, and constructed in partnership with Patton & Taylor Enterprises as the general contractor, the 216-unit, 504-bed community features resort-style amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, and convenient campus shuttle access. Elliott Electrical, Inc. provided the complete electrical installation for the project, delivering reliable power distribution, lighting systems, and electrical infrastructure throughout the residential buildings and community amenity spaces. Through our partnership with Patton & Taylor Enterprises, Elliott Electrical helped bring this modern student housing development to life, supporting a high-quality living environment designed to meet the growing housing needs of Ole Miss students.
