VERVE Knoxville is a premier 14-story student housing community located near the University of Tennessee campus, developed by Subtext and constructed in partnership with Brinkmann Constructors. Scheduled for completion in summer 2026, the development features 136 fully furnished units with one- to four-bedroom floor plans and offers a resident-focused living experience with upscale amenities including a fitness center, yoga studio, sauna, pool terrace, and sky lounge. Elliott Electrical, Inc. provided the complete electrical installation for the project, delivering the power, lighting, and electrical systems that support both the residential spaces and amenity areas. Through our collaboration with Brinkmann Constructors, Elliott Electrical helped create a modern, high-quality housing environment designed to enhance student life and well-being.
