The Resort at Rockwater

We had the privilege of serving as the electrical contractor for The Resort at Rockwater, a luxury resort-style community in North Little Rock, Arkansas featuring 365 studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences and an impressive amenity package where recreation meets relaxation. Including a resort-style pool with views of downtown Little Rock, outdoor lounge areas, fire pits, cabanas, a state-of-the-art gym with a yoga studio, spa services, access to Rockwater Marina, and direct access to the Arkansas River Trail system. Our work included both the interior and exterior electrical systems, delivering high-quality installations throughout the units, common areas, and site infrastructure in partnership with Moses Tucker Partners.
